8-Ball Singles League System - Software License Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this software.

2. PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE

This software is proprietary to Rax Development. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of this software, or any portion thereof, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.

3. COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All content, code, and documentation contained in this software are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. NO REVERSE ENGINEERING

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

5. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND DISRUPTION

WARNING: Any unauthorized access, modification, disruption, or damage to this software or its underlying systems constitutes a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and other applicable federal and state laws. Violators may be subject to severe criminal and civil penalties, including but not limited to:

Federal criminal prosecution under 18 U.S.C. § 1030
Imprisonment of up to 10 years for first offenses, up to 20 years for subsequent offenses
Civil liability and monetary damages
Fines up to $500,000 or twice the value of the damage, whichever is greater

Any attempt to disrupt, disable, degrade, or interfere with the operation of this software will be prosecuted to the full extent of federal and state law.
